Guest Arrivals & Seating: 15-20 Minutes before Experience Start Time

Experience Duration: 60 Minutes

Pictures & Windup: 15-30 Minutes after Experience

1) Is this a workshop?
No! Our Experiences are designed for you to let loose, relax and enjoy new perspectives in our unique environments while using Art as a medium.

Our trained Experience Specialists will always be around to help you bring out your inner creativity.

2) How is my booking confirmed?
Your purchase confirmation serves as the ticket to the event. Simply show it at the entry when you arrive to one of our team members.

3) Is it Kid Friendly?
Yes! We’ve had kids as young as 4 enjoy our Experiences. If you're planning to come with Kids, we recommend booking the day slot on the weekends for a more family friendly environment.

4) Will my painting glow in the dark?
The painting glows only during our painting in the dark experience. In normal light, the painting is bright and vibrant and does not glow in the dark on its own.

5) What is your no-show or cancellation policy?
All purchased tickets for our public experiences are non-refundable & non-transferable to other dates. Purchased tickets are transferable to another person. If a ticket is transferred to another person, that person will simply need to supply the receipt of the original purchase upon check-in. No additional fees will apply.
