A prior booking is mandatory in order to assign your dedicated team and prepare for your experience. We'll be there every step of the way to help you through the process.

Where do the experiences take place?
Our in-studio experiences take place at the Twist by Jalato studio. You can find the nearest one in your city here. Please note that our studios are purpose-built only for our experiences and we do not permit nor have the facilities to manage decor, food and beverages of any kind.
Our portable experiences take place at a venue of your choice. However, please note that there may be venue suitability considerations based on the experience you choose.
What is the age suitability for the experiences?
Our experiences are designed to be suitable for a wide variety of age groups. However, age criteria do vary based on the experience which can be viewed on the page of each individual experience.
For children who are below 10 years of age, we permit 1 non-participating adult per group to be present in the experience. All other guests in the private experience room, must be participating guests with a confirmed booking.
What is the no-show or cancellation policy?
All bookings for our experiences are non-refundable.
However, we offer one free date change for your booking in case you're unable to make it for any reason subject to letting us know up to 2 hours prior to the experience start time.
Alternatively, the booking can be transferred to another person for the same date and time slot already booked. If a booking is transferred to another person for the booked date and time slot, that person will simply need to supply the receipt of the original purchase upon check-in. No additional fees will apply.
