How it works

What happens in this experience?

In this experience, you'll crack the code and beat the clock to complete a 6ft tall, illuminated, 2,500-piece puzzle and reveal a surprise hidden image

This experience is made of 3 elements:

1 - Your exclusive private room, which will be fully setup prior to your arrival. You’ll also have a bluetooth speaker to play your own music and set the vibe!

2 - A dedicated host who will ease you into the experience and make sure everyone has a great time. Your host will also capture candid photos and videos which will be available to download on the same day.

3 - The engaging collaborative game where you will solve a jumbled code to complete the giant puzzle by inserting all the pieces correctly on the board in the shortest time possible.

Please note that you’ll need a smartphone to access the puzzle code.

The final puzzle image is a surprise – either your own personalised portrait or a mystery celebrity from popular categories like movies, sports and more.

What image will the completed puzzle reveal? Can I personalise it?

The finished puzzle will reveal a portrait of a mystery famous person from a category of your choice.

Please note: Personalisation of the puzzle is an additional service and is chargeable at ₹2,499 (inclusive of 18% GST) to turn your preferred image into a puzzle.

How long is it for?

The booking slot time is for 2 hrs & 15 mins, with the puzzle solving time ranging from 1 hr & 50 mins – 2 hrs depending on your pace.

Where will this take place?

The experience is hosted at our purpose-built venue –  Jalato Experience Rooms, which is located here on the 3rd floor of the building with a Bank of India branch in the front.  

Parking information: Parking is available outside the building on any of the adjoining streets. 

Is a smartphone required for this experience?

Yes, a smartphone is required to access the key to the puzzle.

What about food and beverages?

At the moment, food and beverages are not part of this packaged experience. We are working on adding this as an option for you soon.

However, we do provide an optional upgrade of extending your time within the same experience room for 1 hr to bring and consume your own pre-packaged food such as cakes and light bites.

Please note: We do not permit any foods that might spill, melt or carry strong aromas. Additionally, we don't offer food refrigeration or any cutlery, and we recommend planning accordingly.

This optional upgrade is priced at an additional one-time fee of ₹1,499 (inclusive of 18% GST) which covers the additional time extension as well as the cleanup that is required to switch the room from the experience to the food consumption arrangement and then the additional cleanup post completion.

What about decor?

As our experience rooms are configured for our experiences alone, we do not have the facility to accommodate any external decor.

What is the pricing for this experience?

Pricing for this experience is ₹1,699 per guest (inclusive of 18% GST)

How do I make a booking?

A prior booking is mandatory to assign your dedicated private experience room and team. We'll be there every step of the way to help you through the process.

Fill in your details on the form and we will call you as soon as possible. 

> Tell us your plans: 
Understanding your requirements such as preferred date and time will allow us to check availability and guide you through the next steps.

> Personalisation of puzzle result (optional):
If you choose this option, you'll receive a link to upload images that follow our guidelines in order to generate the best possible puzzle result.

Please note: We need an additional 3 days to create a personalised puzzle.

> Confirm your booking via an online payment link: 
Once you're ready to move forward, we'll generate and send you an online checkout link to confirm your booking. You'll be able to complete the transaction via your preferred digital payment method such as UPI/GPay or Credit/Debit cards. 

You’ll receive an email confirmation for your booking including a calendar invite, PDF confirmation and location details. 

Please note: We only accept payments in full to confirm your booking and do not accept any cash as we're a completely cashless business.

Will you do a demo of the experience before I make a booking?

We do not conduct any demos of the experience prior to making a booking.

Can I be a part of the experience if I am not participating?

Bookings are only for the participating guests.

What's the minimum required people per booking?

The minimum number of guests is 2

How much in advance do I need to make a booking?

Our availability is directly linked to the availability the team and the private room, which are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. We recommend getting in touch 2-7 days prior to secure your private booking.

In case you are looking to personalise your puzzle, we need an additional 3 days to create the custom puzzle.

Can I pay by cash?

We do not accept any cash as we're a completely cashless business. We only accept payments via digital payment methods such as UPI/GPay or Credit/Debit cards.

What is the refund and cancellation policy?

All bookings for our experiences are non-refundable.

However, we offer one free date change for your booking in case you're unable to make it for any reason subject to letting us know up to 2 hours prior to the experience start time.

How do the time slots work?

At Jalato Experience Rooms, we have availability for bookings to start from 12:00 PM until the last time slot of 7:45 PM on every day of the week.

How should I plan the day of my booking? What if there any unforeseen delays? 

Please ensure you and your guests arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time. Your time slot has a 15-minute buffer, but we do not provide additional time extensions beyond that.

We'll turn your image into the giant puzzle you'll solve during your experience. To ensure the best possible results, please follow the image guidelines below.

Is my image upload secure?

Yes. We take your privacy very seriously. All images are used only to create your puzzle in accordance with our privacy policy and terms of service.

Who should the image be of?

The image can be a portrait of your choice:

> For a portrait of 2 people: Personalise with an image of 2 faces.

> For a portrait of 1 person: Personalise with any image of 1 face.

What kind of images are suitable for personalisation?

As this experience only focuses on portraits (faces), please ensure that the subject of the image is a person (or two people) in a way that follows our guidelines.

Will the puzzle image look exactly like my upload?

While the final puzzle is a large-scale pixelated interpretation of your image, it is designed to be fully recognisable and look fantastic in photos once you've stepped back to admire your work. Please view the example tab to see a real example.

Avoid sunglasses
For the best results, use a photo where the person's eyes and face are fully visible.

Avoid bad lighting
Make sure your photo is well-lit. Poor lighting can make colours look dull and affect the final puzzle image quality.

Pick a background that contrasts with the faces
If the background is too similar to the subject's skin or hair, the image may blend together. A contrasting background helps the subject stand out.

Avoid selfies
Use a photo from a high-quality camera, as selfies are often lower resolution.

Avoid shadows on faces
Any shadows can distort facial details. Choose photos where faces are clearly visible and evenly lit.

For a double portrait (2 faces), make sure they are close together
To ensure both faces are as clear as possible, choose a photo where the two people are close together.
