Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited. 

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Even if you opt out of promotional communications, we will continue to send service‑related messages necessary to fulfill your purchases or bookings.

By participating in any Jalato Experiences LLP event, you acknowledge that such activities carry an inherent degree of risk, and you agree to participate at your own risk. You are responsible for informing us of any medical condition, injury or limitation that may affect your ability to safely participate.

In no case shall Jalato Experiences LLP, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, Service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the Service or any products procured using the Service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service, even if advised of their possibility. You agree not to use or adopt any marks that may be considered confusing with the Jalato Experiences LLP Trademarks. You agree that any variations or misspellings of the Jalato Experiences LLP Trademarks would be considered confusing with the Jalato Experiences LLP Trademarks. 
2. You agree not to purchase, register, or use search engine or other pay-per-click keywords (such as Google Ads), trademarks, email addresses, social media names, or domain names (including without limitation top-level domains, sub-domains, and page URLs) that use or include Jalato Experiences LLP or Jalato Experiences LLP Trademarks or that use or include any terms that may be confusing with the Jalato Experiences LLP Trademarks. 
3. By attending or participating in any Jalato Experiences LLP event, you consent to being photographed and filmed, and you grant us the right to use such photographs and videos for marketing, promotional and archival purposes, across our website and social media channels, without compensation to you. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform our team at the start of your event.

SECTION 20 - FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS 

Jalato Experiences LLP welcomes any ideas and/or suggestions regarding improvements or additions to the Services. Under no circumstances will any disclosure of any idea, suggestion or related material or any review of the Services, Third Party Services or any Third-Party Provider (collectively, “Feedback”) to Jalato Experiences LLP be subject to any obligation of confidentiality or expectation of compensation. By submitting Feedback to Jalato Experiences LLP (whether submitted directly to Jalato Experiences LLP or posted on any Jalato Experiences LLP hosted forum or page), you waive any and all rights in the Feedback and that Jalato Experiences LLP is free to implement and use the Feedback if desired, as provided by you or as modified by Jalato Experiences LLP, without obtaining permission or license from you or from any third party. Any reviews of a Third-Party Service or Third-Party Provider that you submit to Jalato Experiences LLP must be accurate to the best of your knowledge, and must not be illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable.
