Cancellations & Refunds

1. Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except as set out below.
2. If Jalato Experiences LLP cancels the event, you will receive a full refund.
3. If the event is rescheduled, you may retain your ticket for the new date or opt for a full refund.
4. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days.

General Terms & Conditions

1. Please carry a valid photo ID; entry may be refused without one.
2. Jalato Experiences LLP reserves the right of admission and may refuse entry or ask someone to leave if they appear intoxicated, are under the influence of drugs, or are likely to cause disruption, damage, or harm to others.
3. Weapons or other hazardous objects are not permitted on the premises.
4. If alcohol is served at the venue, it will not be provided to anyone underage, and anyone visibly intoxicated may be refused further service or asked to leave.
5. Jalato Experiences LLP may alter the event schedule, format, or facilitator without prior notice, where necessary.
6. As our events may involve physical, creative, or game-based activity, by attending you acknowledge this and agree to participate at your own risk. Please inform our team in advance of any medical condition or limitation.
7. Jalato Experiences LLP is not responsible for personal injury or loss of/damage to personal belongings brought to the venue.
8. We may photograph or film the event for marketing purposes (see our Terms of Service). If you'd rather not be photographed, let our team know at the start of the event.
9. This event is subject to force majeure. Jalato Experiences LLP will not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or change caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
10. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai.

All customer claims are subject to Jalato Experiences LLP's final decision.

We may update these terms from time to time by posting the revised version on our website; continued use of our services after an update means you accept the changes.

2. You're entitled to one free date change, subject to letting us know at least 3 hours before the event.
3. Reschedules must take place within 60 days of the original booking date, subject to availability.
4. If Jalato Experiences LLP must cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule, at our discretion. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Jalato Experiences LLP may support this by conducting a digital recce (via photos and video) and, if required, a physical recce of the venue.
2. As this event takes place at a venue not managed by Jalato Experiences LLP, the venue's own rules and security procedures also apply alongside these terms.
3. The booking host is responsible for sharing final guest numbers and any relevant guest details (including access needs or allergies) ahead of the event.
4. Jalato Experiences LLP does not provide furniture such as tables or chairs. The venue must have reasonably close access to electricity/plug points, toilets, and water.
5. Jalato Experiences LLP reserves the right to refuse entry or ask someone to leave if they appear intoxicated, are under the influence of drugs, or are likely to cause disruption, damage, or harm to others.
6. Weapons or other hazardous objects are not permitted on the premises.
7. If alcohol is served at the venue, the venue or booking host (as applicable) is responsible for complying with applicable laws, including age restrictions.
8. As our events may involve physical, creative, or game-based activity, by booking or attending you acknowledge this and agree to participate at your own risk. Please inform our team in advance of any medical condition or limitation affecting any participant.
