What is the booking process?
A prior booking is mandatory for in-studio experiences in order to assign your dedicated private room and team. We'll be there every step of the way to help you through the process.

What can I expect on the day of my booking?
Before you and your guest(s) arrive: Your private room will be transformed from an empty room into the experience environment and setup as per your group size.
When you and your guest(s) arrive: You and your guest(s) will be checked-in and led to your assigned private room by your dedicated experience host.
Please ensure you and your guests arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time of your experience so that you can make the most of your time slot. We do not provide time extensions, but your time slot has a bit of buffer time to account for any unforeseen delays.
The experience:
Briefing (5 mins): Your experience host will introduce the activity along with its materials and help you connect to the speaker to play your music.
The activity (60-75 mins): Express yourself by painting anything you like. If you can't decide, don't worry! we have a wide variety of exciting references to choose from.
Your experience host will always be available through your time slot to assist you with your painting or anything else you might need.
Please note: The 60-75 minutes of painting time is only indicative. Actual painting time might vary from guest to guest depending on their own individual pace of painting and the complexity of the chosen painting.
Windup (5-10 mins): Your experience host will help you capture all the pictures you need and pack your paintings to takeaway.

Our studio in Chennai, Twist, is locatedโฏhereย on the 3rd floor of the building with a Bank of India branch in the front.ย
Parking information: Parking is available outside the building on any of the adjoining streets.

- Are taxes included in the pricing?
Yes, the pricing of all packages is inclusive of 18% GST. - What if I need to add extra guests?
Not an issue! Let us know in advance before your arrival or let your experience host know once you arrive at the studio, and they will help you add on and purchase for extra guests at the same price as your original booking package. Please note that we do not accept any cash payments, and the transaction will be done via an online payment link. - Will you provide any protective gear
Yes, every guest will be provided with an apron. - Is this a workshop where the experience host will guide me step-by-step?
No! The experience is designed for you to switch off, relax and enjoy new perspectives in our unique environment while using art as a medium. You will not be guided by following instructions, but your experience host will always be around to assist you with your painting. - Will my painting glow in the dark?
The painting glows only during our painting in the dark experience. In normal light, the painting is bright and vibrant and does not glow in the dark on its own. - Do you provide extra canvases?
Each guest is provided with 1 canvas and display easel stand as part of the experience which is theirs to takeaway. Any additional canvases (inclusive of a takeaway display easel stand) can be purchased for Rs. 299 (inclusive of 18% GST) by coordinating with the experience host. - Is it Kid friendly?
Yes! The Experience is designed and built for ages 8 and above. - Can an adult accompany a child for the experience?
For children who are below 10 years of age, we permit 1 non-participating adult per booking to be present in the experience. All other guests in the private room, must be participating guests with a confirmed booking. - What about food & beverages?
We don't have a provision for food and beverages at our studio but there are plenty of amazing options nearby which we have compiled for youโฏhere. We recommend planning your visit accordingly. - Is it possible to have decor setup for the experience?
The studio is purely designed to only support the specialized environments of our experiences. We do not have the capability to support additional decor of any kind. - What is your no-show or cancellation policy?
All bookings for our experiences are non-refundable.
However, we offer one free date change for your booking in case you're unable to make it for any reason subject to letting us know up to 2 hours prior to the experience start time.ย
Alternatively, the booking can be transferred to another person for the same date and time slot already booked. If a booking is transferred to another person for the booked date and time slot, that person will simply need to supply the receipt of the original purchase upon check-in. No additional fees will apply.

What are the suitability requirements of the venue?
Please note the following considerations and requirements from any potential venue:
Ambient lighting: The space should preferably as little natural light as possible as this is a light-based experience.
Electrical outlets: The space should have easy access to one or many power outlets.
Proximity to water supply: The space should be near a source of water such as a bathroom.
Tables and chairs: As we do not provide tables and chairs, these will have to be arranged by prior to our team's arrival on the day of the experience. We will work with your venue point of contact to coordinate the ideal setup.
What can I expect on the day of my booking?
Before you and your guests arrive: Our support team will arrive 90 minutes prior to the experience start time to set up the environment and materials on the tables. We will ensure to cover the tables as well to minimise any mess.
When you and your guests arrive: Your dedicated experience host(s) will use the first 15 minutes to help your guests settle in.
Please ensure you and your guests arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time of your experience so that you can make the most of your time slot. We do not provide time extensions, but your time slot has a bit of buffer time to account for any unforeseen delays.
